Because we get TONS of emails everyday with certain common questions, we have put together a list of the most frequently asked questions for a faster response to your questions!

1. How can I track my order?

  • Once you order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming its shipment. Within this email is a link that will allow you to track your order. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your emails spam/junk folder! If you still can't find it, let us know, and we will re-send it!

2. A product caused damage to my vehicle. What now?

  • Unfortunately, we, Revived FLARE, can not and shall not be held liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products as we can not control the way the buyer uses the product on his/her vehicle.

3. How long does shipping take?

  • Shipment is typically estimated to arrive within 12-20 days. HOWEVER, our orders usually arrive much sooner expected with in a period of 6-11 days. This is granted that there are no factors such as weather, customs, transportation, and etc. that can potentially delay your order. The same time frame typically goes for international orders as well; although sometimes they do not arrive as early. 4. Are you guys sponsoring?

  • Currently in this point of time we are not sponsoring, BUT, we are in the process of creating a program for it!

5. Why does my tracking page say its "pending?"

  • Tracking pages are updated day by day while on their journey to your doorstep. When your tracking page says its "pending," it just means that its waiting to be picked up by the carrier. Once its picked up, tracking will automatically update and notify you of its acceptence.
